The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all the 50 states. American Express offer “ Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period.

Yes , we require a security deposit. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an on-site evaluation, and deduct it from the deposit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Cashier’s checks or personal checks accepted it delivered to us 7-10 days before rental. They can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtaining during a rental.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any serious moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you’re under the age of 21 you many inquire with with us for more information.

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age ( 21yrs old ), full coverage insurance and a clean driving record.

Once a reservation is made with Reliable Auto Rentals we authorize your credit card for a non-refundable 20%-40% of the total rental cost. Also, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. The cancellation fees may be waived at out discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon. Tolls: tolls are charged as $15/day flat fee and are collected from security deposit at the end of the rental period. Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets. Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period. Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the despot and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed a I rent the vehicle during the days or your rental. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days your rental period.

You’re allowed depending on the mileage agreement. There are some scenarios that are not allowed by Reliable Auto Rentals: for any illegal purpose or in connection with nay illegal activity, to exceed any posted speed limits, in bay race track or road course, by anyone not licensed or o drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire, to push or tow anything, to reach anyone to drive, and on any unpaved surface.

We are a 24hr service, each makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever changing schedule and those last minute trips. We can delivery or pick up your rental at no cost within our slower locations within the hours of 10am (EST) – 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pick ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that various on location and distance.

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
